今天马来西亚的新增病例再次突破新高，
即便如此，这段日子任职于服务业的朋友每天依然会面对许多不遵守SOP的顾客。
而每一次提醒他们要遵守的时候，对方不是强词夺理就是乱发脾气。
虽然我明白这一年来实在是让人沮丧，
但正是如此我们才都希望通过做对的事情，
尽快回到正常的日子。
所以，请将心比心好吗？

Today we have another new high for new COVID-19 cases,
Yet, many friends of mine who are working in service sector still encountered a lot of customers who refused to follow SOP.
They even came up with excuses or being harsh to whoever remind them.
While I understand it has been a depressing year for everyone, but this is exactly why we all have to get together and do the right things, so we can go back to normal routine again.
